Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are only accepted for faulty items, these will either be replaced if still in stock or if not then full amount will be refunded.  Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched, if they have been picked but not sent they will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
